TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT

The products offered are distributed to users from any country.

The delivery of our gift cards in digital format is done by email, within a period of less than 2 hours after the purchase by the customer.

The delivery of the order is considered completed at the time the customer receives the digital gift card and Maria Boladeras SL is exempt from any liability for loss, theft or damage from this moment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our gift cards are in digital format, which means that the purchase is not subject to shipping costs.

REFUND POLICY

In case you have to make a refund Maria Boladeras SL will manage the refund of the amount paid by the same payment system used by the CUSTOMER within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from confirmation of acceptance of the same by Maria Boladeras SL.

In case of problems with products or services purchased on this website you can file a claim through the dispute resolution platform of the European Union. Maria Boladeras SL reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim filed through the platform.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In compliance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, Maria Boladeras SL informs you that the CLIENT has the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase without justification within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order.

The CLIENT may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending the confirmation of withdrawal in writing to reservas@lalbistrot.com indicating the online order number in the subject line.

It will NOT be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on the basis of the exception provided for in article 103.d) of Law 3/2014, Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER shall notify Maria Boladeras SL its decision to withdraw from the contract, either by any type of communication of such a decision that allows accreditation of the content and receipt of the same by Maria Boladeras SL.

PRICES

The prices of the products are those indicated in the attached product description. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in Euro currency (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Prices are subject to change at any time. However, any changes will not affect the products that Maria Boladeras SL has already made the shipping confirmation.

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made from our website will be subject to value added tax for purchases made in mainland Spain.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

When the customer makes a reservation, it does so directly with Maria Boladeras SL.

Maria Boladeras SL is the owner and the person in charge of operating the Platform.

To proceed with the reservation, the customer must pay a deposit of 5 € per diner, which will be deducted from the final cost.

Once the client has made the deposit, he/she will receive an email with all the details of his/her reservation

If the client believes that it is not going to arrive on time to the Reservation, must contact with Maria Boladeras SL, to the telephone +34 93 70 80 241 to indicate when it will be able to arrive, so that Maria Boladeras SL does not cancel the Reservation.

Not to appear to a Reservation without previous notification implies automatically the loss of the realized deposit.

In the event that the customer for reasons of force majeure can not attend the reservation, you should contact Maria Boladeras SL, telephone +34 93 70 80 241 to explain the causes and to establish the reservation on another date or request a refund of the deposit in writing to reservas@lalbistrot.com indicating in the subject the reservation number.
